Woman Beats Rap For Boyfriend's Sex Injury
Appeals Court Says Girlfriend Not Liable
POSTED: 9:31 am EDT May 17, 2005
BOSTON -- Make love at your own risk. That's the gist of a ruling from a Massachusetts state appeals court.
A man only identified as John Doe in court papers sued a former lover. He contended the woman suddenly changed positions during sex, fracturing his you-know-what.
The man had emergency surgery in September 1994 and says he's been unable to satisfactorily perform since.
The court papers say he hasn't responded to medication or counseling.
The appeals court ruled the woman isn't legally responsible for her boyfriend's injuries. A lawyer for the man said they may file an appeal.

The comments I could make about this! And all of them un-fit for a "family Blog"
I'm glad it was thrown out. How can you "fracture" something that ( medically speaking mind ;-) ) has no bone's in it. Even if, when erect, it is sometimes called a .... Well, you know!
You know....I actually had to ask Mike about this...he did say it was possible to do this...I think it has to do with what happens when it's enlarged...
Learn something new everyday don't ya?????
KC, I had the exact same thought! Ruptured something, maybe--but fractured? Must have been a male urologist that decided "fracture" fit that particular type of injury.

Yeowch! No matter what you call it, it sounds painful. But unless their bedroom sports involved an anvil and hammer, I can't see how his movement didn't affect the outcome, too.
Your right Steph...they must have been "Bucking" just a wee bit too hard don't ya think?????
:)
But....while I am sure that it really hurt when it happens...and this may be totally unsympathetic of my and I apoligize in advance for my heartlessness....
But it really begs to wonder how he explained this one to the doctors!!!!!!! Oh to be a fly on the wall in THAT conversation!!!!
I can't believe he sued ... gosh, wouldn't you like to hear the testimony in that case!
